As far as I'm concerned this is the fun menu in the program. It contains all the neat little things that make a program fun to use (and, hopefully, more useful.)
The Utilties and Settings menu contains commands Find, Sort, Scale Picture, Restore Proportions, Use Picture Size, Get Icon, Edit Icon, Auto Paste, and Auto Open.
